How and when your order gets to you, and what to expect along the way.
Delivery speed & cost
Orders over $45 ship free and arrive the next business day when placed before 5pm local time. Orders under the threshold ship for a flat $8.99. Delivery estimates assume a standard business address in the contiguous US.
Order cutoff
The 5pm local-time cutoff determines whether an order goes out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Large & freight items
Furniture and other oversized items may ship by freight with a scheduled delivery window. We'll note the difference on the product page and at checkout.
Problems with a delivery
If an order arrives late, damaged, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
