When will my order arrive?+
Orders over $45 ship free and arrive the next business day when placed before 5pm local time. Smaller orders ship for a flat $8.99.
How do I track an order?+
Use Order tracking and enter your order number (it looks like FL-XXXXXX and is on your confirmation).
What's your return window?+
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start one on the Returns page.
Do you offer bulk or contract pricing?+
Yes — larger teams get negotiated pricing and consolidated invoicing through our B2B Purchasing Manager. Contact us to set it up.
How do I find a product's item number?+
It's shown on every product page, and you can order several at once with the Order by item number pad.
