Open invoices
Every order billed to terms creates an invoice with its due date. You'd see what's outstanding, what's been paid, and when each invoice is due.
Statements
Download monthly statements summarizing orders, payments, and any credits — handy for expense reconciliation and accounting.
Available credit
Your credit limit and remaining balance are shown here so you always know how much headroom you have before payment is due.
