What you'll do
- Run a daily fulfillment shift and hit accuracy and on-time targets
- Coach a team of associates and manage the schedule
- Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and receiving quality
- Spot bottlenecks and improve the pick-pack-ship flow
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations, including some lead experience
- Comfort with warehouse management systems and basic reporting
- A safety-first mindset and steady judgment under pressure
